ACS PT is fully insured. *Public Liability *Professional Indemnity. Clients working with fitness trackers & monitored diet apps & train 3 times a week will generally loose weight provided they follow our advice. If they do this & don't we'll add 15min FREE to each session to intensify their 'burn'

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

In my teens I was an accident victim. I was unfortunate enough to be assigned a doctor who's motto was 'if in doubt - cut it out'. Many medical professionals have since commented much of his work was unnecessary. I later learned how the magic of exercise helps so much and now I love to share it!

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Yes, all PT's have their favourite weigh loss stories (kilo's dropped etc) but mine is about a client who arrived with many illnesses associated with Type 2 diabetes. Over time we tackled his low fitness and even got him running. Today he is medication free and disease free!

I love helping people change their lives. To see someone begin with issues that inhibit movement or that impacts of their social confidence blossom into healthy independent individuals inspires me. Best of all my clients become my friends whom I love to help and motivate.

Do you have the proper commercial equipment to accelerate weight loss? A. Yes, we have high-quality equipment designed to help you burn off carbs.

We help customers choose the right number of sessions for them to achieve results. Our advice may include reducing the number of visits they had originally planned if we deem them unneceesary. Following our weight monitoring suggestions will assist clients reduce their dependence on exercise.

Oneflare customers receive one session free per week if they train four times a week. Pay for 3 sessions and the fourth one is FREE - Sessions must be completed within the week. Offer only applies to clients who mention Oneflare when they book.

Prices are more affordable than most Gyms. We offer great flexibility - 7 Days (early mornings and Afternoon) - Evening Training Mon-Fri Training is highly personalised and very private. Hugh outdoor area eliminates having to train in public parks or on streets. Couples enjoy training for the one fee.

-Fees Per Session based on the type of training required. > Clients receive one full hour of PT (not encroached on by set-up and put-away time). -Structured rates i.e. at our facility or home visits. -Couples catered for - partners included in session rate (2 people can train for the price of one).
