  Illigal pricing tactics and relentless marketing spam. They quote all their prices excluding GST, which is illegal (see ACCC website). Also, Do not give them your email or phone number, especially when requesting a quote. They do not stop emailing or texting following up on quote even when asked to be removed from the mailing list. I still get texts and emails 4 months on from initially asking for a quote, and long after I've already moved. A learning lesson for me to use a temp email forwarder an esim next time.
