I had the WORST experience with ACE Movers! I’m using their service for the first time, and it was a complete disaster. First of all, they said they’d arrive between 1-3 PM, but they lied. I called them multiple times, and they kept giving me excuses. They finally showed up at 4 PM! Ridiculous! Not only did they waste my time, but the whole moving process was painfully slow. The job took only 3 hours and 13 minutes, but guess what? They charged me for a full 4 hours PLUS an additional $50! I’m beyond frustrated with this company and will NEVER use them again.
