I've started Threw my father I've been doing it since I was 16 full time and on school holidays I use to do floor sanding it's the only type of work I've done my whole life.

I quoted a person who just had there floor done and it was in shocking condition and I asked how much he payed to get his floors done and he said $3000 and I quoted the job for $1500 and it come out brand new

It's like a form of art I always like to make sure the floor comes out perfect and that the customer is happy. I've been doing it my whole life so it comes like second nature to me

If there floor is in shocking condition, they always ask is it fixable and my answer 99% of the time is yes. We can fix the most horrendous floors and make them look brand new

I'm a honest hard working person I'm always on time I always answer the phone if something has come up I always ring the customer to let them know what is going on

If there is white ant damage or if they have black japan on the floor or glue after removing Lino and if there floor is pre polished or just bare timber

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

If they want to save money instead of sanding and polishing they can go the cheaper option of doing a refreshing and that's just a buff of the old polish take back the scratches and re coat it with another layer of gloss and another option is if the punch in the nail holes it will be cheaper

By the square meter depending on the quality and condition on the floor unless it's under 25 square meter then we go by the price of 1 room
