  I called Graeme, After purchasing a home late last year which required complete total refurbishment, I encountered so many problems that I was becoming completely disillusioned. One of those problems was a main gate that was left opening to the wrong side (over a garden bed)and scraping along a newly stenciled driveway. Discussions with the company’s (in business over 40 years – or so they advertise) Sales Manager and others involved with the installation of the gate were both unproductive and unhelpful and I was simply told that it was all too difficult and if I wanted it swinging to the other side I would have to pay for a brand new aluminium gate. I located Graeme’s company on the Internet and gave him a call. It was my lucky day! He presented a very reasonable quote and turned up a week later to reverse the swing of the gate, added caps to the posts (the other company had left them open at the top) replaced the automatic gate opener which Graeme commented would have been completely useless for the type of gate I had (not nearly strong enough) and at the same time, arranged for the interfacing of the gate and garage door remote controls. I can’t praise Graeme highly enough. He instilled confidence from the word go, and all modifications were completed in a matter of a few hours with a minimum of fuss. Do you service & repair automatic gates? Yes, we offer services to repair damaged equipment and service most brands of domestic gate openers. Can you give me an idea of how much a new gate will cost? Prices vary depending on a number of factors such as; size, style, powder coat colour, gate type, etc. Access Control Technology can provide you with a FREE written quote. Can you make fence panels to match my gate, and make a gate to match my existing fence panels? Yes, we can make gates or fence panels to match each other. What brand of gate motors do you use? We have a range of gate openers to suit your particular gates. Generally we use Automatic Technology Australia (ATA) NeoSlider on domestic sliding gates and (ATA) Elite swing gate motors combined with (ATA) DCB-05 control system with (ATA TrioCode remote hand transmitters. You can find the Motor Brochure in our web page. Automatic Technology Australia gate operators are Australian owned and come with 2 year warranty. Can I have one remote hand transmitter for my gate and garage door? Yes, you can have one remote hand transmitter to use for both gate and garage door. (ATA) TrioCode hand remotes come with 4 buttons to use. If your garage door opener is not the same brand we can install a receiver card to it so your new hand remotes will work.
