I am 100% fully insured with workers comp and public liability all workmanship is given a 6 yr guarantee and the materials have there own so you have a piece of mind when it comes to the work being done

I am upfront with the job and price I explain everything in detail with the client and I will not try to push unnecessary work to be done to try and make more money from a job I describe the best way to do the work asked and give a answer that will result in a job being done right the first time

We offer prices based on material cost and labour not just a made up amount with a huge profit on it also pensioner discounts with all work explained and quoted first know what your getting charged for

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Before any quite can be done I need to know the job details this isn't always best over the phone or via email even plans are not accurate that is why a site inspection and measurement is required on all work to be accurate other wise it is a guessing game and the quite would be a "estimate" instead it is easier to just do a hard copy of a quote rather then a estimate

I offer a 15% pensioner discount and winter specials on restorations the bigger the job the better the price and I will beat any quite by 10% upon sighting a genuine quote from another roofer

I charge a reasonable amount I'm not in it for a silly high margin which has seen me win many jobs over other quotes in many years leading to my high word of mouth of clients over years

My services are priced on a base rate which is cost of materials and labour which is explained in any quote given not by a sum which is high in excess of profit as I have seen in many cases

I am a fully qualified tradesman with cert 3 in roofing I hold working at heights card tilers license contractors license along with all insurances so you can be assured that I am a roofer with the knowledge and experience to get the job done right
