  John renovated an upstairs bathroom in our townhouse. Excellent job - fantastic outcome. Could not fault anything and we are fussy. It is still a wonder how he managed to remove a bathtub down a tiny spiral staircase, let alone getting a shower screen and vanity unit up there too. John was great to work with, kept us consistently up to date, always on time and to schedule. A stress free experience and kept the place clean. Friendly, trustworthy and a perfectionist in his trade - does what he says he will do. Highly recommended and would certainly have him and his team back for any future job. Very customer focused. Glad we engaged him.

  John was an absolute delight to work with, friendly, professional & efficient - the best Reno experience I have ever had. He was an excellent communicator when I had to disappear for a couple of weeks to look after my elder Dad, keeping me updated on progress from day 1. Unwelcome news was discovered on day 1 of demo & he communicated the details calmly & with empathy. I love my new bathroom so much that I have asked John for another quote, this time for my ensuite. I highly recommend his work 😘, you are the best John 11/10 - change your business name to AAA++, Karin

  John Is a very cheerful person who knows everything about tiling inside and out, he did a lovely jpn on our verandah, he and his teamr are good to have around and kept everything tidy for the next visit, would highly recommend him for any job except, don't keep him too busy as i want him to return to tile my kitchen splashback!! And very reasonable price.
