  A1 had worked on fitting a replacement toilet sink/vanity unit. Three visits took place but system did not work correctly. Caused an ongoing water leak - tried to blame old copper pipes but new plumber fixed A1's problem in a few minutes. A1 had not cleaned paint off what had previously been an exposed copper pipe before applying a compression fitting. Attempted to alleviate the problem by filling the cavity space with silicon. Several days of constant water dripping will require us to replace the toilet flooring. Fair Trading will be involved in the case.

  Hi Chris, A1 Plumbing would like to clarify a few details. A1 Plumbing Illawarra has been on one site visit. Upon arrival both parties agreed on Vanity unit replacement and the Siliconing of toilet. After job completion, Vanity unit was tested and observed by yourself. All other works on that site was not completed by A1 Plumbing. The problem you are having was completed by another plumber as commented by yourself. Fair Trading is welcome to be involved. Thank you.
