  Hiring Visual Link was a big mistake. After talking me into more than doubling my budget & confirming the work they would do within 30days they failed to deliver what we had agreed on. After I paid the deposit & received my first proof I was unhappy because it did not resemble the template I had provided them. Every time I asked for changes to make the site look like what I had asked for they were not done, I was told some changes were impossible & could not be done & my communication was ignored. Jose would waste time doing things that I had not asked for yet not complete things that were. It's been almost 2 months now I still have no website & the company refuses to refund my deposit. The service I recieved has been terrible & they do not follow instruction. I have paid $2750 in total without a result. I would have got the same outcome by flushing my money down a toilet! I would not recomend this company.

  The client approved the mock-up. After it was finished the customer said that she wanted all different. We delivered a modified mock-up. We did all required changes requested in operation, at no cost to the customer even we went out of our way. The customer said that she wanted all different again and with sophisticated algorithms to customise automatically different outcomes for customers wholesale and retail, qty of items per order, per customer on a set period etc. We delivered all the special requirements for the second time because we wanted to have a happy customer. Them she demonstrated that she was not capable of opening the site in her computer because it was obsolete (meaning the screen was some six years+ old and very low-resolution even smaller than an old mobile device, but it was recognised as a laptop. Also, she was unable to handle basic computer operations. We left the site operational, and after several months of unpaid invoices, she stops responding to all communication. We are still willing to make further improvements, but she decided to implement something several times lower in technology using a different platform.

  Everyone loves our website. People find it attractive and easy to navigate Visual Link IT came up with the design on their first try, delivered the complete package on a reasonable budget, Position across several countries in Asia and Europe (10 languages) and continued to fine-tune it, that wasn't enough -- they also created a plan to market the website and increase traffic that is already producing results. Our Export orders are increasing at full speed.
