Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We have public liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. If a worker were to injure themselves you would not be liable in any way and if your property was damaged, the insurance would cover any costs to  repair/replace it.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We have both been in service industries most of our lives and it started with gardening and cleaning. People would ask us can you put in a small garden wall or fix the reticulation and slowly we developed our skills into a reticulation, landscaping and gardening business.

I had a lovely old couple whose garden I used to take of, especially the rose bed. The husband passed away I would call her just to talk and also went to take care of the garden. When the roses were in bloom, I took some to her which made her so happy as this was what her husband had always done.

Have access and parking available Communicate their priorities as to which work is most important if there is a time factor involved Keep pets secured so the time for opening and closing gates is reduced

We have winter rates for reticulation. These go up with the volume of demand in spring and early summer so I recommend taking advantage for installs, repairs and services while its cheaper. Large jobs are charged at a day rate which is cheaper than our normal hourly rate.

Years of experience in accessing well priced supplies and being able to work efficiently. Owning our own equipment so we don't have to pass on hire costs

Hourly rate + parts / plants / products etc. Invoices can be paid by credit card, cash, cheque, or direct debit. We do require a deposit for landscaping jobs.

I personally love planting new gardens and my partner is the retic specialist. He has built many retaining walls and raised garden beds. His love is seeing any job completed to a high standard and having happy customers. We do get a lot of word of mouth referrals.
