  I asked A Plus cleaning to do regular weekly full clean of our house which they've been doing over the last few months. Fantastic service, thorough, reliable and consistent. Nathan is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

  Pretty bad that on the second clean I had to cancel my arrangement with this business. I had been mucked around from the very beginning. I still have in writing that my booked days would be Friday's but then all of a sudden they're all booked out. So I had to be OK with another day. The first clean wasn't even done properly, marks everywhere left on floor and dusting not completed. Then the second clean was cancelled by Nathan. I don't have time for this so I'm looking elsewhere for a more reliable service.

  Thanks for your feedback Nikki. I understand that you weren’t happy with the service provided. In regards to your complaints I will say that you booked our service in March and only started in July so waiting such a long period of time we did book out on Fridays as we can’t afford to hold spots. Also in regards to the first clean as you’re aware we booked you in for 2 hours however when we arrived it ended up being a deep spring clean (6 hours work) and was not what was described to me in our emails. I also have in writing that you said you were happy with the end result of that initial clean with no mention of marks or bad dusting? The second clean wasn’t canceled it was a request for a reschedule due to an emergency situation I had to deal with on that particular day which happens from time to time. I have taken all of your feedback on board however to make sure to use it for the bettering of my business. Again I am sorry that this didn’t work out. I wish you the best :)
