  Unfortunately I didnt get to see them in action. I was booked 2 weeks in advance for 9am, was informed it was delayed until 10:30am, then told small truck had issues and needed the bigger truck and that they would update their ETA, which resulted in prolonged checking in with them to chase up ETA. Come 5pm I still had to chase them up, with daylight passing by and the progress of my move dependant on removalist completion, I was forced to cancel and pursue other service options. I can understand a business can have trouble, but it would have been better to apologize upfront and cancel, rather than keep me on a thread. It wasn't feasible for me to do the next day (they did offer); but because of the constant chasing up and uncertainty that developed, I did not want to proceed. We had to call around for a last minute removalist and thankfully found one that got the job done within half an hour of us contacting them.
