Initial consultations are one hour in length and follow up consultations are usually 30 minutes in length..Longer review consultations are available if needed. Vitamins and supplements are an extra cost and these will be disclosed and discussed at time of consultation to fit in or work in with your budget and needs..

Please bring with you all blood test results and any other test results you have had done in the last 18 months. You are able to request these from your doctor and they are obliged to give you copies of your test results. Please bring along any reports from any diagnostic tests you have had done in relation to your health complaint. please bring along a list of any medication and/or vitamins you are taking including brand names and how many you take each day.
