  Very Unhappy! Wrong truck turned up after having told removalist of height restriction to building i was moving into. EVERYTHING packed in the truck. Tuned up at destination and obviously cannot access loading bay. I was told no option to unload but will have to return next morning as they have to move all the contents from big truck to smaller truck. Driver told me I would only be charged minimum 2hrs ($260) given it was their error. The office called to apologise but I told them I had no bedding and anything whatsoever and the perishable food I kept on ice would be spoilt. So I was made to sleep on a hard floor with no bedding all night. Truck came back next morning and took just under 2hrs to unload. Business then called and wanted to bill me for total of 6.5hrs ($845) even though total for both days had not exceeded 5 ($750). But business was 'wiling' to charge me 600 but later reduced to 560. No compensation offered for all the food I had to throw out and made to sleep in a cold room with no pillow or blanket and in the clothes I had on (picked up a cold overnight). Business then demanded I pay the balance then and there and driver then proceeded to hound me with text messages until I did. Not a professional operation. As if moving home wasn't stressful enough, selecting this business off seemingly positive review added to my stress level.
