  I am an octogenarian and have always felt confident of my computing ability. However, a sinister failure of various components of my email account, completely shut me out of my password manager, which put me at a stand-still. After a harrowing 36 hours headbutting the problem, having little sleep and being frustrated at every turn, I sought to engage outside help. I was referred to Michael of 1Cyber who offered to remotely access my PC and investigate the problems. He phoned at a time of my choosing, coached me to install the link which allowed him access to my screen and went to work. As if he had owned my account for years, Michael proceeded to interrogate one system after the other, performing a variety of functions I could not even follow, until around 35 or 40 minutes later.... everything fell into place, and the computer stood at attention!!! It is now several hours later and I have tried a dozen ways to see if any problems remain, but the computer is humming like a Swiss clock!!! The man is a genius - his cost is moderate and I can't recommend his services highly enough.

  I’ve worked alongside 1Cyber on client projects and found them professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Communication was clear, turnaround times were solid and they were straightforward to collaborate with, even when things needed to move quickly.
