The gate pillar has caved inwards and because of which the gate does not open properly. Its base rubs against the drive way floor. The pillar has to be straightened up so the gate has free movement. Thanks

Require deep clean of half the house had out flooring removed (with jackhammer) the building dust throughout main living and dinning room the flooring guy has cleaned up but has left a lot behind.. the dust is very thick and requires a very deep clean on all surfaces including windows walls and roof. There is new flooring that has been laid will need mop once work complete
