Absolutely, we work very closely with our clients to get the optimum result. We send a mock up for approval before we do anything. If we are not happy with initial strike offs we will redo screens or art until the job looks right.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We have all been involved in the industry our entire professional lives but decided to go it alone around 3 years ago. We started out in Caringbah but soon ran out of space. We are now located in a larger work space in Smeaton Grange near Narallen.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We once turned around a t-shirt run for a visiting Swedish band - while they were playing! We had the finished shirts back at the theatre before the show finished. Probably the tightest deadline we ever had to work to.

Seeing a happy customer post their shirts on their Facebook page and getting a thank you letter after they receive their shirts! A lot of our repeat clients come to us initially with an emergency print run that can't be turned around elsewhere.

How soon can you print these? We have never missed a deadline and work hard to have everything completed on time.

Our reputation is our key to our continued success. Most of our clients re-order on a regular basis. We look to establish a relationship with our client base and tick all the boxes. The happier the client is, the happier we are!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We always like to see your art before we can quote. Send us a jpeg of your print along with a description of the sort of shirt you need. We also need a size breakdown and an estimated delivery time.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Have your order prepared. Send us details of your required shirt (we can suggest a brand to fit your budget) Send us your size breakdown. Lastly, send us your artwork in a usable format (PDF or Hi-Resolution Jpeg). If you don't have artwork send us your idea and we'll put it together for you.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We may not be the cheapest screen printers but we believe we are the best the industry has to offer. Nothing leaves our print shop that we are not 100% happy with.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We quote job by job - our pricing is based on the number of colours involved and the volume of garments. There is is also a one off set up charge to create film and screens. We don't charge set-up on repeat orders inside a 6 month period. We require a 50% deposit before production with balance payable on completion of work.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in soft feel water base pigment discharge printing. This differs from standard Plastisol printing in that the print becomes part of the garment, dying the the weave of the t-shirt or hoody. The print is so soft it feels like you are wearing a blank garment!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We have decades of industry experience printing t-shirts and other items for fashion markets and concert merchandising. Our printer has 28 years experience and our graphic designer has worked in the industry for over 30 years.
