For parenting matters, organise mediation through a recognised entity (eg Relationships Australia) and obtain your mediation certificate before seeing a lawyer. This can make your matter progress to court faster if no agreement reached. Get a lawyer to draft up consent court orders if agreement made

Competitive pricing. Price structures vary depending on type of work. Competitive hourly fees and fixed quotes available for some matter types. We attempt to accommodate your needs.  We are a preferred supplier for Legal Aid Qld and can submit Legal Aid Applications on your behalf and act for you through your fees being paid through Legal Aid (if approved).
