Yes I am fully insured and I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy we come back and fix it. (For real estate bond cleans this request will have to come from the property manager not the customer)

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

How many standard size rooms, hallways & Stairs do you have. How many lounge seats & mattresses. Do you have any stains that need attention.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Have the carpets thoroughly vacuumed and ready for me to do my work. If not vacuumed I increase my quote by $10 per room. Be home or have someone ready to let me in when I arrive at our agreed time. I charge $40 for every 15 minutes you are late.

For vacating properties I can do 3 rooms and a hallway for $99. Or for home owners if you get carpet cleaning and want an extra service such as upholstery cleaning or mattres cleaning done on the same day I will discount second service by 20%.

When you consider that as a franchise owner with the Jim's Group I am fully insured, offer a 100% satisfaction Guarantee and take great pride in my work than you can see that my pricing is very competitive. I work up to a standard not down to a price!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

For three standard rooms (4 x 3m) I usually charge just $99 and $30 for any extra rooms and $2 per stair. For upholstery cleaning I charge $35 per seat. For Mattress Cleaning I do queen for $99, King for $120 & Single for $50. Of course if you get more than one service done on a day for example a Carpet clean and mattress clean I will discount the second service by 20%!!.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I love cleaning carpets and seeing them restored to look like new. I also do the same for upholstery cleaning. More recently I have started doing more dust mite removal and mattress cleaning. This is becoming a real health issue and cleaning mattresses help clean an entire home.
