The love of gaming and pcs got me into the line of work I love and I also enjoy helping people with there issues and love repairing and building pcs. I also love computer programming which got me into pcs in the first place.

I have a customer who is now part of my regular customer list who runs a motel and one night at 7:30pm they rang enquiring about a issue that they really need fixed and sorted. The customer was booked in the next day and from that first appointment the customer has become a great friend and has always rung when needing advice or with a problem that they wanted fixed.. The customer to begin wasnt to much into pcs but as time has gone on they have learnt alot and have been appreciative of the advice and help that I always give

You should always make sure they are insured and a certified business. Be sure to check that the prices are all inclusive or have no hidden charges. And always ask if they offer free advice which shows they are willing to help and not just make a profit.

Do offer any discounts? - Yes we offer 10% discount for students and pensioners  Are you mobile or do I have to bring the pc to you?- We are mobile and come to you and save you the hassle of taking the pc to a store.  What do you charge? - We charge $99 per hour with no call out fee and no hidden charges

As someone who has always worked around pc's I show respect towards customers and always speak with intentions to help the customer not just be the sales person trying to make another sale. I always ensure that the customer understands what it is im doing even if it means i take some extra time to explain it. Customers want someone they can trust when it comes to there dealings with business and know that the person there dealing with is reliable and always a phone call away and that is someone that I am.

There issues, letting them know I'm mobile and they dont have to bring it to a store as I go to them. And that I can pick up there pc and take it offsite and have it back to them in 2-3 days max.
